Description:

These small squares are experiments with materials and colors, free studies, and a playful exploration of the medium. They have come together to form a series, and here is the best selection to date.

Mosaïque carrée centrée sur un fossile d'ammonite brun foncé, positionné dans le tiers inférieur droit. Autour du fossile, des fragments de couleurs vives sont disposés en arcs de cercle suivant la spirale : rouge vif en demi-cercle supérieur, bleu turquoise en bas et à gauche, blanc cassé et beige dans le coin supérieur gauche. Les tesselles irrégulières de verre, céramique et pierre créent un relief texturé. L'ensemble est monté sur support brun et encadré dans un cadre en bois clair profond de style boîte américaine.
