Delivery Policy
1. Scope
This delivery policy applies to all original works sold on this website by Marianne Fiette, hereinafter referred to as "the Artist".
2. Order processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 7 working days (subject to change) following confirmation of payment.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer once the artwork has been dispatched.
3. Delivery modes
Deliveries are handled by reputable carriers (e.g. La Poste or a similar carrier).
All parcels are sent with a tracking number.
Shipping insurance may be included depending on the value of the artwork.
4. Delivery zones
Works can be shipped to:
• France
• Europe
• International destinations
Any customs duties or local taxes are payable by the Customer.
5. Delivery fees
Delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed.
They vary depending on the weight, size of the artwork and the destination.
6. Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
• France: approximately [2 to 5 working days]
• Europe: approximately [3 to 10 working days]
• International: delivery times vary by country
These times are provided for guidance only. The Artist cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
7. Receipt and inspection
The Customer is asked to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt.
In the event of damage being found:
• The Customer must take photographs of the parcel and the artwork.
• The Artist must be contacted within 48 hours to 7 days at the following address:

No claims will be processed after this period.
8. Failure to deliver
If the parcel is returned to the Artist due to an incorrect address provided by the Customer, the Customer will be liable for the costs of resending it.
9. Collection in person (optional)
Collection in person can be arranged by appointment in Paris.
