Refund Policy
1. Applicability
This refund policy applies to all works of art sold on this website by Marianne Fiette, hereinafter
‘the Artist’.
2. Original works and right of withdrawal
The original works of art offered for sale on this website are unique creations specifically produced by the Artist.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to original works of art. This means that works sold cannot be returned or refunded simply because you have changed your mind, except in the cases set out below.
3. Receipt of the artwork and conformity
Upon receipt of the artwork, the Customer is asked to check its condition.
If the artwork is damaged or clearly does not match the description provided on the website, please contact the Artist within 7 days of delivery at the following address:

In this case, you must provide:
• A clear photo of the damage or defect observed,
• A clear description of the problem.
If the non-conformity is confirmed, the Artist undertakes to offer, at the Customer’s discretion:
• Replacement of the artwork with a compliant item,
• Or a full refund of the product price.
Return costs, where applicable, will be covered in accordance with the terms agreed between the Customer and the Artist.
4. Partial refunds
In certain specific situations (e.g. a minor defect, part of the artwork being damaged), a partial refund may be offered following a joint assessment of the issue.
5. Refund timescales
Once the refund has been accepted, it will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of the written agreement between the Client and the Artist. The refund will be made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
