• “Customer” means any person visiting the Website or placing an order.
• “Product” refers to any existing artwork or bespoke commission offered for sale.
• “Order” refers to the purchase of a Product via the Website.

4. Access to the Website and services

The Website allows the Customer to:
• View the Gallery of existing artworks.
• Order a bespoke creation.
• Purchase existing artworks.
• Contact the artist via the contact form.
All offers are valid subject to availability and production capacity.

5. Orders

5.1 Ordering process
The ordering process consists of several steps:

Selection of the Product or Service.

Confirmation of the order.

Secure payment.

Confirmation by email.

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they are of legal age or are acting with the consent of their legal representative, and certifies the accuracy of the information provided.

5.2 Acceptance of the order
The order is considered accepted once payment has been confirmed and a confirmation email has been sent to the Customer.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

7. Delivery

7.1 Stock items

7.3 Delays or delivery issues
In the event of a significant delay, the Customer will be informed. The Seller cannot be held liable for delays attributable to postal services.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
Customised items or items specially produced in accordance with the Customer’s instructions are not subject to the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send a request by email to mfiette@icloud.com.

9. Warranty and liability

The Seller is liable for lack of conformity and hidden defects under the conditions set out in Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
The Seller shall not be held liable for any indirect damage, loss of data or inability to use the Website.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Website and the designs are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction or use without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
